1. List your play times; include specific days and hours. If "ANYTIME" is listed, 100% attendance is expected.
Q1. Currently unemployed which allows me to attend nearly every single raid. I go to the occasional concert which may pop on a raid night, but I will know weeks if not months in advance about such absences. I generally reserve Friday and Saturday nights for hanging out with my close friends, which works great as you do not raid those days. If progression calls for it, I will put those days aside to raid.

2. List your previous guild history in World of Warcraft (and any other MMOs) . List guild names, servers and why you left.
Q2. EverQuest: Raided on and off from 1999 to 2007, defeating all major content from Lady Vox and Lord Nagafen to The Buried Sea's Solteris, the Throne of Ro. A majority of my accomplishments were with Fire and Fury on the Firiona Vie (Role-Playing) server, a top 10 worldwide guild. I grew bored of the game due to its dated mechanics and began playing other MMOs.

EverQuest 2: Played at release and went back to EQ1 to help with Fire and Fury. I came back to the game in 2005 and raided in the Desert of Flames expansion with Halcyon Affinity, a top 3 worldwide guild on the Antonia Bayle (Role-Playing) server. The guild dominated the game and decided to try out Vanguard which was releasing in a year. I took this break to focus on school.

Vanguard: I received a beta invite in Beta phase 2 due to owning an affiliated website regarding the Ranger class. Halcyon Affinity got a guild invite during beta phase 3 and I began playing with them again. At release of the game we were the top guild worldwide. I was an officer during this time. The game had no end-game content and we packed up and prepared for World of Warcraft.

World of Warcraft: I played on off with friends over the years but became serious in the summer of 2007 when Halcyon Affinity started on the Dark Iron server. We cleared all TBC content except Muru and Kil'Jaden. I have been playing here ever since and have assumed the roles of raider, officer and guild master along with website administrator.

3. Are you able to play the other specs of your class? How well can you play them?
Q3. I understand and am able to play any spec and role of the Death Knight. Blood, Frost, Unholy, it doesn't matter if its to tank or for damage. I understand the ins and outs of the class and keep myself updated with all upcoming patches. My off-spec (DPS) is almost comparable to my main spec as I keep it as updated as possible in case it is needed.

4. If you mess up, and someone calls you out on it what reaction can we expect from you?
Q4. As embarrassing of a situation as it may be I will ask what I can do to avoid from that mistake occurring again, and ensure it does not. I'll ask my designated class lead, officer or raid leader for further details. I pride myself on being able to learn from my mistakes quickly.

5. Is there anything else you would like to add? (Any raiders that are willing to vouch for you, other ways to reach you besides in-game, etc)
Q5. I have known members such as Dantorg, Alkterrandorn and Abigorr for over 4 years now and believe they will vouch for me when I say I am an extremely dedicated player and will do whatever it takes to help a guild out. You can always contact me via these forums by private message.
Also, Death Knight tanks are awful and you should not accept this example application.
