Since the game's UI is purposely being built around being functional on a 360, and I'm sure gameplay, what do you guys think?

I will use both a keyboard and a 360 controller. Which ever one works better for me. If im playing aoc im getting a bad ass keyboard and not this shitty one.

seeing how AoCs interface setup looks alot like Tabula Rasa, meaning they are going for a more action feel instead of having a million hotkeys and shit on your screen, im willing to bet the 360 controller will be a beast in enhancing your gamplay. Make mine a Wireless 360 stick.
